A Bill has been published which intends to amend section 164(a) and (c) of the Penal Code. Section 164(a) and (c) criminalized carnal knowledge against the order of nature. The provision was struck down by the Court of Appeal in Letsweletse v Attorney General & LEGABIBO.
Letsweletse Motshidiemang, who initiated the proceedings, was represented by Rockfall Lekgowe Law Group.
