We have reviewed and negotiated multi-million-pula contracts, prepared and advised clients on commercial contracts such as sale of business agreements, shareholder’s agreements and various other commercial contracts.
Constitutional and Human Rights Law
We are competent to advise and represent our clients in constitutional law matters. We acted for in one of the landmark constitutional cases in Botswana that saw Section 164 of the Penal Code declared invalid by the Botswana High Court.
Personal Injury, Medical Law
We have acted for BONELA for a period of two years and during our mandate we dealt with various medical negligence claims. We have knowledge of the law in this area and are competent to litigate and advise on the issues.
