We have experience in land law and planning law. This is because we act for Gaborone City Council (GCC), Rolong Land Board, Ngwato Land Board, the Architect Registration Council (ARC) and a petrol filling station. We are also part of the panel of the Central District Council (CDC).

All our attorneys have experience in litigation and have litigated before all Botswana Courts, including the Court of Appeal. We have significant experience in trials and motions. Constitutional & Human Rights Law
We are competent to advise and represent our clients in constitutional law matters. We acted for in one of the landmark constitutional cases in Botswana that saw Section 164 of the Penal Code declared invalid by the Botswana High Court. We have experience in dealing with all types of litigation. We are the law firm that represented Letsweletse Motshidiemang v. Attorney General (LEGABIBO as amicus curiae) and succeeded in having the High Court overturn Section 164 of the Penal Code.
Commercial & Business Law
We have reviewed and negotiated multi-million-pula contracts, prepared and advised clients on commercial contracts such as sale of business agreements, shareholder’s agreements and various other commercial contracts. Further, we have litigated and arbitrated on FIDIC. We derived this experience from advising and acting for various construction companies and investment firms. We are also competent to deal with competition law issues, pension law issues, and company law matters.
